Fleet uses for children
Fleet enema is used to treat constipation in children, or to clean the colon before a rectal examination.
How to Use Fleet?

Used once a day.

They are used only under the supervision of a doctor.

Fleet is not used for children under 2 years.
-
Fleet enema is used for children 2-11 years old.
-
Fleet is not used for more than 3 days.
Fleet contraindications
-
kidney disease.

Heart disease.
-
dehydration.

Abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, unless the doctor acknowledges their use despite these symptoms.
Fleet Use Precautions
The doctor should be consulted before using the Fleet enema in case:

The patient is 55 years of age or older.

Adherence to a diet of low salts (sodium).

A sudden change in bowel movement (constipation or diarrhea) persists for more than two weeks.

Laxative use for more than a week.

Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
When do you stop using Fleet?
You should stop using Fleet Injections in case:

Rectal bleeding.
-
No fluids come out of the anus 30 minutes after getting the enema.

appearance of symptoms of dehydration on the patient, such as thirst and dizziness, vomiting, and lack of urination.
