SYNJARDY 5MG/850MG - 60TAB

This medicine contains the two active ingredients empagliflozin and metformin. Each belongs to a group of medicines called "oral anti-diabetes". These are medicines taken by mouth to treat type 2 diabetes.

Mapagliflozin, metformin added to diet and exercise to treat type 2 diabetes in adult patients (18 years and older) whose diabetes cannot be controlled by adding metformin alone or metformin with other diabetes medicines

It is important that you continue with your diet and exercise plan as told by your doctor, pharmacist or nurse

Dosage of Sanjardi Diabetes Tablets - 60 Tablets:

Swallow the tablet whole with water

Take the tablets with meals to reduce the possibility of stomach upset.

 Take the tablet twice daily by mouth.
