Trepadio Ingredients
Each Trepadio tablet contains 50 mg of the active ingredient Lacosamide, an anti-epileptic agent.
Indications for Use

Trepadio tablets are used alone or with other epilepsy medications to treat partial-onset seizures (with or without secondary generalization) in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older.

Trepadio is used as an adjunctive therapy for primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in adults, adolescents, and children aged 4 years and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy.
Trepadio Dosage
The physician determines the appropriate dose for the patient.
Adults, adolescents, and children weighing over 50 kg

Starting dose: 50 - 100 mg twice daily.

Maximum dose: 200 - 300 mg twice daily.
Children and adolescents weighing less than 50 kg

Starting dose: 1 mg per kilogram of body weight twice daily.

Maximum dose: 4 - 6 mg per kilogram of body weight twice daily.
